Immersive Homeschool Program
At ABOUND Adventure Learning Collective, the focus is a Heart centered, child led multi age atmosphere with hands on explorative learning and real life integration of meaningful concepts that spark inner joy and are fueled by children's natural and innate curiosity! Every moment and every breath offers a learning opportunity. Children are already whole and equipped with unique gifts and talents and I see my role as more of a guide to support them to tapping in further and expressing that of which will further enrich their life and the lives of those around them. ABOUND means to Exist in Abundance. Life in it's Abounding fullness of joy and strength for spirit, soul, and body is what I aim to embody within this safe container for homeschool children.

Outdoor Play & Mindfulness
Free play, exploration, joy, creativity and autonomy with the freedom to pursue unique goals in individual ways encompassing exposure to real life passionate people and experiences to me is the highest form of learning as it stems from within. Daily rhythms and morning routine will incorporate mindfulness activities both indoors and outdoors with an emphasis placed on outdoor time.
Community Outings, Field trips & Guest Offerings
As this is an immersive, hands on learning approach, community networking creating access to important life skills, enrichment experiences, other experts in their given areas, peer-matching, skill exchange, and utilizing local centers with shared resources will be apart of their experiential learning. Will be determining children's interests as the foundation to our outing planning and having them be apart of the planning process for their further learning. For Fall program, drop off and pick up locations are subject to change within a 40 minute radius for outing days. Local Farms, Bakeries, Makers, Skilled trades, Animal rescues, Breath work instructors will be explored to invite as in home guests. Voyager River Valley, Telford Lake, Muttart Conservatory, Royal Albert Museum, among many others pending interests of group will be apart of outing days-trip costs will be separate.
Academic Supports in Literacy and Numeracy and Hands on Learning
Will be providing consistent Literacy and Mathematics guidance and support. As program will be offered in a Multi Age environment and is offered to Homeschooling and Unschooling Families alike, Literacy and Math books will be choice and responsibility of you as their parents. I will be using Spectrum and Jump math and Spectrum Literacy curriculum workbooks for my boys with various other literacy and math resources and games sprinkled in with self directed allocated time in the mornings where I will offer guidance/tutoring for these 2 subject areas only. Parents will be asked to supply grade level Math and Literacy workbooks for daily use at the program. I will be incorporating other various modalities a la cart from various Homeschooling online options including Gather Round Life skills, Origins Nature Curriculum units of study, Personal Growth materials, Mindfulness journaling, Yoga for kids, Nature based and child led/interest based projects. Flexible attendance options available.
